JJ Ferrell is the Instructional Facilitator, Technology (IFT) for Seldens Landing Elementary School with a passion for enhancing educational experiences through innovative technology integration. With over a decade of experience in education, JJ has been an integral part of Loudoun County Public Schools' commitment to advancing modern teaching methodologies as an IFT at multiple schools. JJ holds a master's degree in Instructional Technology and School Administration from George Mason University and has demonstrated her dedication to professional development by staying at the forefront of technological advancements in education. Her main role is to collaborate closely with teachers to design and implement technology-rich lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring students are well-equipped for the challenges of the digital age.
