About me
Kristen Strickland is an eighth grade English teacher at Oscar Smith Middle School in Chesapeake, VA. She is a team leader and content leader for her grade level. She loves teaching but might love the summers a little more. During which, she spends two weeks in the Florida Keys kayaking and snorkeling with her coworker and husband, Ken. She believes that good teaching comes from having a strong support system with your coworkers. That is why collaboration is one of her passions.
