Hello! I have been in education for over a decade, and for the last 2 years worked as a TRT. I have a Masters in Elementary education, a Secondary English endorsement, and a professional certificate in Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design. My favorite parts of being a TRT is focusing on instructional design, the productive struggle, hands on learning, and developing efficient processes for teachers.
