Erin Sonn, M.Ed., E-RYT, worked for 20 years as a public school educator in several roles. Eventually, her work among talented and dedicated—yet burnt out—colleagues led her to fuse her passions for teaching and mindfulness to create a Mindfulness for Educators (MfE) program. Since 2017, Erin has been leading MfE workshops for administrators and educators in both public and private school settings, sharing the importance of mindfulness as a potent SEL intervention for students, so they feel safe and supported as they learn, grow, and thrive. Erin also teaches various styles of yoga to promote increased flexibility, balance, and strength within the mind and body. She proudly owns
