Kevin Marcus is an Instructional Technologist with Wise County Public Schools. In this position, he provides training to school district instructional staff regarding the appropriate and creative uses of technology in the classroom, while also providing training and support to administrators. Kevin has been involved in education for 25 years. He has been a classroom teacher at Coeburn Primary School, a National Teachers Training Institute Master Teacher, and Lead Trainer for the Blue Ridge West Technology Consortium. Kevin is a SMART Innovator, SMART Certified Trainer, SMART Certified Lumio Trainer, SMART Exemplary School, FETC/KSU Master Coach, SMART Ambassador, SMART Certified Digital Champion, SMART Certified Digital Educator, and SEE Summit 2018.

Kevin holds his undergraduate from The University of Virginia at Wise and his M. Ed in Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.
