About me
I am an ITRT in a rural county in central Virginia. We only have 4 schools, one for each grade division (PreK-2, 3-5, 6-8, & 9-12). This is my 5th year as an ITRT and would love to talk with other ITRTs and teachers in similar rural places in Virginia. My current focus as an ITRT is to help teachers and students become active producers of technology instead of just consumers. Prior to my current position I taught middle school math and science and spent 15 year writing and implementing STEM based life science curriculum for the MathScience Innovation Center in Richmond VA.
